The committee would like to invite you to the Boston Playgoers 90th Anniversary Reunion, at Blackfriars Theatre on Friday 26th October at 7.30pm. This social evening will be a chance for everyone who has ever been involved with Playgoers (both current and ex members) to come together to celebrate our 90th anniversary. Materials from our extensive archive will be on display and there will be some drinks and nibbles – and maybe some readings from some of our previous productions if anyone is up for it! We sincerely hope you will be able to join us to mark this important occasion. Also – if you know of anyone who is interested in joining Playgoers, please forward this on to them. It’s open to everyone!
For a small preview, have a look in Blackfriars’ foyer for some archive material dating back to 1928. And whilst you’re there, make sure you pick up some tickets for our next production, Agatha Christie’s thriller Love from a Stranger.
